Is Server3 a completely new domain? You might need to create a new Zone on your DNS servers then create your A records for the hosts that need to communicate. The zone name would just match whatever the domain name is. Server 1 and 3 are on the same domain and are both domain controllers. Server 2 is on a different domain.
